1. Delivery Areas

We ship to all provinces and cities within the Republic of South Africa, including:

  • Gauteng (Johannesburg, Pretoria)
  • Western Cape (Cape Town, Stellenbosch)
  • KwaZulu-Natal (Durban, Umhlanga)
  • Eastern Cape (Gqeberha, East London)
  • And all other major regional hubs and outlying areas.

Please note that delivery to very remote or "high-risk" areas may take slightly longer or require collection from a local courier depot.

2. Processing and Dispatch

All orders are processed within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking portal.

Orders placed on Fridays after 2 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Estimates

While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, our standard estimates are as follows:

  • Main Centers: 2-3 business days.
  • Regional Areas: 3-5 business days.
  • Remote Outlying Areas: 5-7 business days.

4. Shipping Rates

We offer competitive shipping rates across South Africa:

  • Standard Nationwide Delivery: R 99.00
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over R 1,000.00

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Delivery Terms

Deliveries are made during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM). Please ensure that there is someone available at the provided address to receive and sign for the package. If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your Visiora in perfect condition.
