Returns & Refunds Policy

At Visiora Wellness, we take pride in the quality of our supplements. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.

1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 14 days.
  • The product is in its original, unopened packaging.
  • The security seal is intact and has not been tampered with.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to health and hygiene regulations for food supplements, we cannot accept returns of bottles that have been opened or had the seal broken, unless the product is found to be defective.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with South African law, you are entitled to a 7-day "cooling-off" period for any electronic transaction. If you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your order, you may return the unopened product for a refund, provided you notify us within that timeframe.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the shipping address for our warehouse.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the original invoice.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a tracked courier service.

5. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a defect or our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

7. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or items purchased with a high-value promotional code (e.g., "Buy 1 Get 1 Free") may only be eligible for store credit or exchange unless defective.
